Sited on a clean, generally quiet road, within Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park near Filey on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast, our lovely 3‑bedroom pet, smoke and vape free caravan (sleeping up to 8) is available for private hire. It's fully furnished throughout, thoughtfully equipped, and perfect for families looking for a relaxing break.

Just a short stroll from the beach path and close to both entertainment centres, you’ll have easy access to three heated pools, plenty of food outlets, and an on‑site supermarket. It’s an ideal spot for guests who enjoy eating out, exploring, and making memories together.

Our “accommodation only” caravan comes with a spacious decking area, outdoor seating, and a toy box full of fun bits for the kids. In the evenings, the decking is lit with warm white fairy lights that give everything a cosy glow — perfect for sitting outside with a glass of wine once the little ones are tucked up in bed.

Inside, you’ll find full central heating, Wi‑Fi, and a coffee maker with pods ready to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a kettle, toaster, and tea towels. All bedding, throws, cushions, and towels are included and made up ready for your arrival. We even provide swimming or beach towels, plus picnic bags with handy essentials—so you can simply turn up and start your holiday.

Please note that some of the onsite facilities and activities at Haven Primrose Valley require Haven Play Passes. These include access to the entertainment venues, swimming pools, bookable activities, and certain family experiences.

Your caravan booking with us is for accommodation only, so Play Passes aren’t included — but they’re easy to arrange, and they open the door to lots of extra fun during your holiday.

Play Passes, if required, can be purchased directly from Haven, once your booking has been confirmed by us to them. They will email a purchase code to you directly, along with instructions on how to book activities.
