About this caravan

Welcome to 'Family Retreats' at Butlin’s Skegness.
We are located at 167 Sandhills which is around a 5 minute walk to Butlins.
Living room has a smart tv and the 2 small bedrooms have a dvd tv.
Air fryer in kitchen.
WiFi and bedding is included.
We are a non smoking caravan and sorry no pets allowed. All prices include 2 adults and 2 children passes extra passes can be purchased so please contact me if you need more passes for your stay.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required for each stay and is returned on inspection of the caravan.
We do rent out for the Butlin’s adults weekends these dates include 4 adults passes please message me for availability for these weekends.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check in from 2pm check out at 10am
Booking Terms
A deposit of £100 is required for each booking and this is refunded on inspection of the caravan. The caravan is to be left as found with bins emptied fridge emptied and in a clean state.
