Our prices are for ACCOMMODATION ONLY and do not include passes.
Although we will actually book your arrival with Kiln Park early so that you get sent an email from Haven with the option of buying passes if you wish. Obviously the accommodation isn’t guaranteed until the final balance is paid but by us doing it this way you will be able to book any activities or swimming weeks ahead of your arrival.

Our silver graded caravan is ideal for both couples and families to RELAX and UNWIND in TENBY.

ONLY GUESTS NAMED ON OUR BOOKING FORM ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE CARAVAN.

We have a large PRIVATE PARKING area alongside big enough for 2 cars so there is no need to worry about where you are going to park or how far you’ll have to carry your bags, as in many other areas of the park.

BRC1 is a home away from home and features double glazing, full gas Central Heating and two toilets.

We now have FREE WI-FI fitted in the caravan just for our guests. There is also wi-fi available in the main complex.

PLEASE NOTE that for your safety our caravan is fitted with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and all the electric, gas and PAT tests are up to date.

Within the Lounge area is a large Corner Sofa • Coffee Table • Thermostated Electric Fire • 55" Smart TV with both Freeview and Freesat built in and connected to WiFi for your Netflix etc • DVD player • Bluetooth speaker • electric tower fan and has large sliding Patio doors leading to the enclosed front decking.

There is a fully Fitted Kitchen area complete with crockery • mugs • glasses • cutlery • utensils • Microwave • Gas Oven and Grill • extractor fan • integrated Full size Fridge and Freezer • Kettle • four slice Toaster • DOLCE GUSTO Coffee Machine • Air Fryer and more.

The Dining area has a dining Table with Four Chairs and there are two stools available.

The shower room which offers a large Shower • Toilet • mirror and Sink.

The Large Master Bedroom has plenty of storage space • a dressing table with large Mirror and stool • Standard and Memory Foam Pillows • a wall mounted 32" Freeview TV with DVD and an en-suite with second toilet • mirror and sink.
PLEASE NOTE that there is enough space in the master bedroom for a Moses basket or small travel cot to be used if you have one (not supplied).

Both twin rooms also offer plenty of storage space and each have a wall mounted Freeview TV with DVD and both standard and memory foam pillows.

PLEASE NOTE that all four beds in the twin rooms are the same size and are NOT the narrow fishfinger beds that you will find in the 3rd bedroom of most other 3 bedroom caravans.

The internal luxury of the Caravan continues outside where sliding patio doors fully open allowing you good access on to an enclosed front decking and which of course allows you more available room outside than others that have French doors that have to open outwards on to the decking area. This is perfect for small children and is fully FURNISHED with chairs and sofa which all have detachable seat pads and cushions for extra comfort as well as a small table for your drinks and a sun parasol.

There is also a private patio area which has no cut through between the caravans and features a Large Wooden picnic bench which comfortably seats 8 people and is perfect for alfresco dining or even a family BBQ with the complimentary use of our gas BBQ. BBQ will be available upon request prior to start date and must be cleaned after use, ready for our next guests. A cleaning charge of £25 would have to be taken from the damage bond otherwise.

WE WILL SUPPLY ALL BEDDING and make up the beds that you require ready for your arrival. Sleeps up to 6 (bedrooms only). Gas and electric is included in the price but the charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is not allowed. There are now 4 charging points opposite the main site shop for electric vehicles.

Both Asda and Tesco will do online shopping deliveries directly to the caravan.

If that isn't enough to convince you that this is the perfect holiday home for you, you will also find yourself a range of supplies that can all be used FREE OF CHARGE which include - Condiments • Tea and Coffee (no pods)• Kitchen cleaner • Bin Bags • Washing up Liquid • Dish Sponge • Iron and ironing board • Hairdryer • Handwash • Tea Towel • hand towels • bath towels •2 toilet rolls • Kitchen roll • Hoover and lots more.

Our caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow us time to get the caravan cleaned and made up ready for our next guests to arrive. We usually try to meet and greet all our guests and will be in contact with you on arrival day and if the caravan is ready any earlier we will of course let you know.

PLEASE NOTE that if we are unable to meet you on arrival there will be no need for you to stand and wait in any queues at check-in, as the keys will be available in a key safe attached to the caravan. The code is changed after every departure and will be sent to you when the caravan has been cleaned prior to your arrival so that your holiday can begin straight away. Keys must be placed back in the key safe on departure day.

PET ALLERGY SUFFERERS, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH WE DON’T ALLOW GUESTS TO BRING PETS WE DO HAVE SMALL FAMILY DOGS THAT OCCASIONALLY VISIT THE CARAVAN.
