Welcome to Caravans2Let. By accessing or using our platform (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “our”, “us”: Refers to Caravans2Let and its administrators.
  • “Owner”: A registered user listing a caravan for holiday rental.
  • “Guest”: A user who books a holiday stay via the Site.
  • “Listing”: A caravan holiday home made available for booking.

3. Platform Use

  • Caravans2Let provides a venue for owners to list and manage holiday caravans, and for guests to search, book, and pay for stays.
  • We do not own, inspect, or manage any caravans listed. Responsibility for the listing content and condition lies with the owner.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the owner.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Caravans2Let does not store credit card data.
  • Some bookings may require a deposit or installment plan, which will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

5. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners must ensure all listing information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Owners are responsible for honoring all confirmed bookings and maintaining safety and legal compliance of their caravans.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide accurate information when booking.
  • Guests must adhere to the property’s house rules, as provided in the listing or communication with the owner.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are set by the owner and will be shown on each listing.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method and subject to the listing’s cancellation policy.

8. Reviews

  • Guests may leave reviews after a stay. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and non-defamatory.
  • Caravans2Let reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

9. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or act fraudulently.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Caravans2Let is not liable for loss, damages, or disputes arising from use of the platform or bookings.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in service fees, if any.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
